Open! All Students/Houses/Professors Welcome!
Who: Albus and whoever he runs across!
What: Wandering the Hogwarts Grounds and reminiscing.
When: Anytime during the event. If you want a specific time/day, say so in the header.
Where: The Grounds and then the Castle.
Warnings: The reminiscing won't be happy, but who can blame him?
It was more than a shock to be back on the Hogwarts Grounds. Albus stood at the base of the very tower he had fallen from, his expression unreadable. Memories swirled in his mind, most unformed and barely meriting his notice, yet there were some that felt all too real - almost as if he was reliving them. His eyes became unfocused for a moment before he put those memories in order and sealed them away. A Pensieve would be most welcome, but he would have to make do with his own abilities.
Turning away from his - for all intents and purposes - place of death, he walked purposefully towards the front doors of Hogwarts. He opened them with a bare brush of his hand and stepped into the Entrance Hall. There, he paused, taking a deep breath. Everything was so familiar and yet he knew it wasn't the same.
It was like encountering a ghost. Yes, technically, this was Hogwarts Castle, but it was a Hogwarts Castle he didn't know; it was a Castle he hadn't once protected.
Or was that true?
Albus narrowed his eyes and walked up the stairs towards the Great Hall. Silently, he tested the barriers around the Castle as he walked. Then, without a word of warning, he brought out his wand and casted his Patronus. A beautiful, bright Phoenix sprung to life, crying out as it did his bidding.
The Castle needed to be secure. Just in case. A small smile crossed the ex-Headmaster's lips as he watched the Phoenix's progress.
"Leave no wall untouched." he intoned, his voice low and containing a surprising note of power. The Phoenix fluted a song - much like one of the songs Fawkes had sung once upon a time - and beat its wings, taking off towards the nearest barrier.

He would stop when he saw the blue glow of the Patronus, watching the phoenix in amazement as it flew past. He turned, soon spotting Dumbledore and deciding to approach the man- who Ohjiro would assume was a professor in the school based solely on his appearance.
"Excuse me, Professor, were... you the one that summoned that?"

"I do hope you don't wander about the castle too much. It is easy to get lost." his blue eyes softened, "Though I cannot blame you for wanting to explore."
