What: River coming to Helen for help with her blood cravings

River arrived without warning or any sort of prior notice. Knocking on the door to Helen's room and silently hoping no one else was there. She wasn't even sure she could control herself around one person, let alone two. Once the door opens, she bustles inside, wringing her hands together restlessly. She looked pale and there were a strange sort of web of veins fanning out from the corners of her eyes.
"I don't know if I'm getting worse at controlling these blood cravings or if the castle is making me hungrier as the days go by, but that's what it feels like. Helen, I don't know that I can control myself. I've been getting blood regularly from the clinic, but it doesn't feel like that's enough..."
