Amy, on the other hand, does take the drink, because she is worried, and alarmed, and highly suspicious. But she holds the glass instead of immediately taking a sip thinking about the first time she'd met River. She's tried to forget most of that experience, but... it had been fun, and interesting, before the Weeping Angel in the video recording implanted itself in her mind and all the statues started waking up.
