Actually, it wouldn't take much to worsen Sheena's attitude right now, since her suspicious mind was already churning out several possibilities about what had happened. Unfortunately for him, she had experience around those who had been experimented on--had heard and seen the hatred in the voice and eyes--

However, she couldn't reconcile that knowledge with the fact that he had just said he worked at the clinic. Why would someone who helped people hurt others? It was that question alone that kept her suspicion quiet and simmering in the back of her mind--before erupting in a question:
