Clow had never quite thought of ambient magic as a force that could be gathered like that, but it did make a certain amount of sense. He could use it to create something out of apparent nothing - like the little Kero doll he'd given Vanyel. Creating a something that was pure magic and not simply magically imbued was only a short step way from that, and he was rather curious as to how the process would go.

He took a step back, and gave Duke a wry smile. "The warning is appreciated."
