[ The good news is the kid flying into view now definitely doesn't have wings! The even better news is that he hasn't seemed to notice Zelos yet!

That second part isn't actually good news for John yet, it's just the way it happens to be. It's amazing he's lasted so long with how unobservant he can be at times. ]
