The sudden almost-violence and even the look on the demon's face screams Malkar in more ways than he's comfortable with...makes him recall being restrained and hurt and used. There's just enough magic on him however, along with the even older conditioned response that made him a martyr, to keep him rooted to the spot rather than fight for escape, clearly torn between arousal and terror]
