What: Someone had a slice of SAD cake, oops!

Where: All over the castle!

[Really, Rose should have known better. And she did know better! But certain dog-eared friends of hers can be endearing and persuasive when they want to be, and unfortunately it was pretty good cake. One slice after dinner Thursday night seemed safe enough.
Make that two slices. No, three.
And when she woke up this morning with the absolute knowledge that (1) she is absolutely alone and (2) only the ceaseless collection of cat companions is going to heal that pain, well that seemed perfectly in place as well. She is alone, and on Valentine’s Day! Her almost-girlfriend left her, and now her best friend’s dating someone she hates. Woe is Rose!
So now, with those cake-induced thoughts in her head, she’s set out with her two cat consorts tow, looking particularly gothy in her old black dress. It’s time to round up some more kitties.]
