Joshua listens with an equally intent look on his face, though it's completely sincere, with a sort of fascinated adoration softening his features the more she goes on. His eyes never leave her face, not until she reaches the mention of the deer, and then his gaze flicks to the ceiling with an appreciative 'Hm,' at a parallel Spike no doubt couldn't even pick up on. It's an interesting enough story on it's own so far.
