Who: Legolas (bow_of_the_galadhrim) and you?
What: Purchasing weapons
When: The day he spoke to Galadriel about joining the expedition, most likely a couple hours after
Where: In town, blacksmith

Legolas was a skilled warrior, many years of experience behind him in defending his fathers realm of orcs and Great Spiders that would roam the forest and often drew too close to the Elvenkings Halls or where his people often celebrated. He'd dealt with the shadow that had covered the forest and left for Imladris to deliver a message. He'd taken part in the War of the Ring and fought orcs, Uruk-Hai and Wild Men. And yet only now had he made the trip to purchase a blade for himself after several months in Paradisa.
A quiver of arrows and his Galadhrim bow hung on his back, the elf rarely unarmed. He was too used to finding himself in trouble and not having a weapon to defend himself with. It hadn't happened in a long time but he'd been careless when younger and wouldn't risk it anymore.
