Penny giggled at the greeting, smiling shyly up at Felix. However, when Ryuga refused to even say hello it made her curious. She glanced up at Phoebe who just gave her daughter a nod, knowing full well what she was thinking.

Letting go of Phoebe's hand, Penny walked right up to Ryuga, smiling brightly at him. "Hello. My name's Penny. Do you wanna play?"
