It's highly likely that if she ever meets Ted, she's going to hug him very tightly as a way to thank him for this. Moving to stand beside him so she can see better, Cass keeps her eyes on the tree and not Once so she can't read everything that's going through him. She does, however, reach for his hand as a show of support.
