As promised, Lemony has a fine brunch waiting on the first floor of the library promptly on schedule. The buffet tables are set at the front, away from the stacks, so as to discourage anyone from getting food on the books. Farther in, there is a large gathering of chairs, couches, and ottomans for sitting and conversing, as well as a table with an assortment of notebooks laid upon it.
Now that everything is in order, he lays a fresh guest book on a stand near the door, and waits for his fellows to arrive.
