Barney had just gotten through his rounds at the pool and taken a dip to cool off from working the grill. Having toweled off and changed back into his clothes, he couldn't help but tip his head with a friendly grin at the short guy on the sidelines.

"Now that," he commented as he drew closer, "is a waistcoat."
