That sure as hell wasn't the way this was supposed to go.

The last he remembered, he was tailing after that one damn Beater on the Hufflepuff team. Pixy knew very well that guy was going to be a threat, and if he took him out early on in the game, the rest of the match would have been a breeze.

Maybe he should have left the kid alone to take out the rest of his own teammates.

Pixy was concentrating on staying on the Beater's six that he had a moment of human error in forgetting to keep an eye out on his surroundings. And without the various warnings like that an aircraft would have given him for an oncoming missile that would have allowed him to evade with ease, well... it was needless to say that Pixy was blindsided with the second Bludger that was flying around that he happened to forget about. It threw him off his broom entirely, and anything beyond that was a blur.

Talk about taking a hit to his pride as a pilot.

He winced and let out a quiet groan as he slowly opened his eyes. It took him a few moments to realize he was in a bed- in the Hospital WIng, if he had to take a guess.

--Bloody hell, he was really taken out of the game?!

The idea of sitting up crossed his mind, but he decided to stay where he was for the time being. With the dizziness he felt and the way his head was pounding, getting up was the last thing he wanted to try. Instead he took a glance around the room, noting the red and white broomstick propped against the wall next to him, though perhaps there was someone there with him.
