A grin curls the lips of the Doctor as he tries to remain straight faced and he shrugs. He'd removed the bust from the mantel when he'd found it mostly for safe keeping at the time. There had been some concern to his well-being but then he'd heard about and read up on what was happening and realized it was only a matter of time until the younger version returned to his normal self. Once the evil threat had passed he'd replaced the bust where he'd found it. After all, it would have been rather awkward for the transformation to have happened in his pocket.

"Well, if you had rather, I could have left you on that mantel for someone else to scoop you up or worse."

The Doctor tilts his head and looks his younger self up and down, evaluating. "Looks like you are all back to yourself again now anyway. Is everything in working as it should?"
