A faint rustling of feathers filled his eyes as the creature wrapped it's wings around him, holding him in place as it it wanted to burn right along with him. The colors around the phoenix confused him. Soft swirls of pinkish affection and yellow fear and the ever deepening sadness. Maybe it thought it was doing him a favor. Felix didn't know.
