Lucrezia visits on the fourth day with a bag of cookies that she belatedly remembers to be irrelevant. They were for Clementine, as she doubts Lee would enjoy them at all, but then the girl isn't ill. It's something else. It reminds her of her own time, though she doesn't remember it at all, and it makes her wonder if anyone visited her then, with a bag of cookies she never ate.
