Who: Washington and anyone
What: Taking a walk, trying to sort out his thoughts
When: After his latest journal post, on a truth loss
Where: Out on the castle grounds.

Well... He'd been feeling off. A little more talkative than he probably should be. It could be anything. He could be sick or something... Or it could be that the castle started April fools day early with him individually.
He's not so sure that he wants to find out, but he may have to give in to the inevitable and ask someone to test it. He's not sure he likes the idea... That's why he's outside. It's space to move but less likely he'll run into someone...
If he does confirm it, he's not leaving his room until it's gone, that's for damn sure. Unless the castle interferes.
