It hadn't even occurred to Meg that she might be missed. She had decided to just stay in her room for the time being, perched on the windowsill, brooding about the fact that the castle had done away with all their things - hers, and what Castiel had left behind. She only hoped that whenever this stupid loss was over, she'd get those back, too. They were the only reminders she had left of him.
When Katniss came in though, her stomach twisted a little. She knew how many people her friend had lost, and the fact that she had to witness the aftermath of seeing her thinking she'd lost someone else... it wasn't fun to see, to say the least.
