Katniss leaned against the door frame, her grey eyes filling with tears that she didn't allow to fall. She looked over at Meg's and Castiel's things, just left her and abandoned, but she didn't have the heart to start gathering them up, so they could be parsed out amongst her friends.

Instead, she pushed herself up, and started to look around. It reminded her so much of the Victor's Village, after the bombing. Those empty houses, where people she loved used to live. Where she used to live. She traced her fingers along each object, her expression quiet and mournful.
