[Now that Chaucer had gotten back to feeling better, he had thought a good old boys night out would further lift his spirits. So when he had bumped into Phoenix that afternoon, Geoff invited him out drinking, just the two of them.
So here he is, surprisingly early, waiting for his friend at a bar in the city. He takes a big gulp of his beer before glancing around again.]
