A Few Hours Later....
Assume somehow he found out where Will was-
Sorry Will, he kinda manages to forget that there is another room to his room sometimes.
Re: Assume somehow he found out where Will was-
Will was tired, but he still found the strength to smile.
"Don't worry. Everything worked out."

On the other hand, Will sounded more or less fine. However, it wouldn't surprise him if the boy was hiding things by sounding fine.
"Do you need anything?"
no subject
Will was just tired now. Really. He just wanted to move on.
"Some tea would be nice."
no subject
He'll remember to try finding Will when he hasn't ... okay, if none of the animals in the shared room have seen him in a day, though.
"Do you have a preference?"
no subject
no subject
... yes Will, Duke doesn't pay that much attention to what tea he drinks.
no subject
In a tin, yes.
no subject
"Will?" she says as she walks into the room. "What are you doing here?"
no subject
"I came here to visit the Doctor. But it wasn't him."
no subject
Thank goodness, too. Otherwise, she might have accidentally hurt the Doctor in her rage against the Mara. Plus that Power, whatever name or minion It was using at the time, was better off far away from her.
no subject
But that was very good news. Will begins to feel some hope, that he hadn't failed completely after all.
no subject
She walks over. "How about you?"
no subject
Will smiles weakly.
"It was rather a hard week all around, I think."
no subject
"You sure? You don't look so good yourself."
She huffs a little before leaning on the side of the TARDIS. "Make that a hard month. I hope the rest of year won't be like this."
no subject
Will winces as he feels his headache threatening to come back.
"The Mara... It was not pleased with me, I don't think."

A few hours later.
"Will? Will, are you there? Are you all right? Where are you?"
And it's his voice. His real voice, breathless a little, concerned a lot.
no subject
Who are you?
no subject
"It's me, Will. The Mara is gone."
He pauses a moment before going on. "I know what it did." Does he ever. "Please, at least tell me that you're all right."
no subject
Will is speaking now, but he still has a high degree of caution in his voice. He remembered how he had been tricked before.
"May we speak in person?"
no subject
"All right. Please, tell me where you are?"
no subject
Will might have volunteered to visit the Doctor's room. But in his room he would have the protection of a threshold and his own spells of protection.
no subject
"Will? I'm here."
no subject
"Is it only you, now?"
