Kat pulls her hand away from the kitten, suddenly feeling a little conscious with the mention of Carolina. She had more of her team here, she could trust Carolina to watch of York, Delta, and Wash, and she knew the other woman didn't like anyone moving in on her team. Kat suddenly felt that coming here had been a mistake.
