[It's working out like everything else in the castle works out, really. Once it became obvious that killing people with viruses for fun wasn't a real option, Molotov staked claim to one of the quarantine rooms. There's a sign on the door that says DO NOT ENTER. She might answer if you knock, though.

So... yeah, Molotov can't say she's too heartbroken over being stuck here. And there's still a room to kill people in, so it's fine.]
