Although it was something of a last minute production, South was eager for the chance to rub in York's age a little. She'd felt at such a disadvantage being the baby of her little group, and once the opportunity presented itself for a little mischief she couldn't ignore it.

It had taken some organization and a call out to York's friends, but people who knew him (and even some who didn't) were willing to pitch in and help out.

Thus, South had put up a bunch of decorations, in addition to whatever some of the others brought in. She even had a special hat for the party Boy. Five had someone making a cake, Aradia was helping put up decorations, Reno was in charge of alcohol ... South was quite pleased with herself.

Good. I heard the Doctor got someone to make it, so it should be pretty awesome.

This someone anyone we know? [More curiosity than paranoia as she slowly makes her way over toward said cake.]

I didn't catch their name. But if it's any good, I'm going to have to ask.

[Carolina raises her eyebrows at him.] Didn't know they were that practical.

[York just laughs.]

A practical cake? Now that's something I'd like to see.

You still haven't told me the exact date of yours. [She crosses her arms, but an amused look still tugs at the corners of her face.]

It was a while ago, but there was a little bit of a calendar shift when I got here. So it isn't exact, really.

York. [Okay, so exact date is a little off, but that's not the point.]

[Yes, Boss. He leans over and whispers the date to her. Because Jossing.]
