Introducing the People of Paradisa
Who: The Lord and Lady of Lothlórien & Everyone
What: While the two love birds have a romantic picnic within the courtyard, several nosy imps decide to crash their little party.
When: Midday
Where: The Gardens
Rating: PG-13 and much embarrassment on Celeborn's part.
[The gentle autumn breeze welcomed the two star-crossed lovers as they dined together upon several blankets spun from the finest wool. It was the perfect afternoon for a picnic, one comprised of clear sunny skies damped in bright cyan and fluffy white clouds that rolled past in an endless march to the distant horizon. Such a day was like most others here in paradise but what made this day so unique from others was two lovers who sat under the shadow of a sturdy maple tree. They dined and laughed in unison, the two of them greatly enjoying their time together in the form of flirtatious quips and innocent kisses. It was quite ridiculous how in love these two were but anyone with eyes could tell that they're definitely take their vows seriously.
Gently brushing his lips against Galadriel's hand, Celeborn was honestly not aware of the small crowd that gathered nearby. It seemed that many of Galadriel's friends have taken an interest in their timeless romance, many of which seemed more impish than curious. While he most certainly welcomes any and all of his wife's dear friends, Celeborn might be the first to remind them that this sacred time he shares with his beloved is his and his alone.
The Lord of Lothlórien can be a tad selfish like that.]
The glorious shine of the day fails in comparison to your beauty, my eternal queen.
[He whispers quietly with a faint smirk curling upon his lips. Celeborn could go on for days in admiration of Galadrial's celestial beauty but he rather not embarrass her so in public.]

You're right. I do have the advantage since your good wife had the forethought to inform me of your arrival. So let's try this again...
[She bows her head towards Celeborn.]
In the One's name, I am on errantry and I greet you. I am Dairine Callahan, a wizard from the planet Earth.

Eying the girl with a tinge of amusement in his gaze, Celeborn couldn't help but find her amiable spirit similar to that of Gandalf the Grey; may his gentle soul rest in peace. In hopes of not lingering upon the morbid truth he received from the Fellowship days earlier, Celeborn politely responds to Dairine finely crafted introduction. ]
Both an honor and a pleasure it is to meet with you, Dairine Callahan. I can already see why the Lady of Light seems quite fond of you. As bold as you are, you're quite eloquent and regal.
[ He approves of Darinie, Galadriel. Oh, yes. He definitely approves of her. ]

At the "regal" comment, Dairine looks up suddenly, taken aback by his praise.]
...What? [She looks over at Galadriel. Then back at Celeborn. Then at Galadriel again.] Please tell me you're joking.

Not at all. I said you are quite charming when you wish to be, did I not?
no subject
[ He's honestly confused here. ]
no subject
No! [Oh god, did she come across as offended? She certainly hopes not! This is just Dairine, being flustered by elf royalty (as par usual).]
Oh no, no, I'm flattered. Honestly! But I'm not really what you'd call regal.

If you say so. [Still not believing the regal thing, but for their sake she'll let it go.]

Would you care to join us?

[ These two are possibly the best tag team ever invented! Be wary of these two elves, little one. They can be quite mischievous at times, but they truly mean no harm. ]
We have more than enough food to spare.
Turns out I was late after all. u_u,
Sure. I'd love to.
[She moves to sit down on one of the blankets, somewhat closer to Galadriel than her husband. Sorry Celeborn -- it's nothing person, but she still doesn't know you that well.]
