Who: Conan and YOU
What: Nightmare
When: Now
Where: Inside Conan's mind
Conan gasps desperately for air as he skids around a corner, nearly falling into a puddle as he does so. He is barefoot and dressed in a hugely oversized pullover and jeans, the clothing obviously intended to be worn by someone twice his height. Blood is smeared halfway across his face, probably coming from a deep cut on his head.
His surroundings seem to be what you might expect from any alley on such a dark and rainy night. Dismal, dark and slick with rain. But there is something wrong about the perspective. Everything stretches high up into the sky, further than the eye can see in the darkness.
Carefully pulling up the trailing edges of his jeans, he presses himself up against the wall and listens for any sounds of pursuit.

He stares at Spike without comprehension at first, before finally looking away.
"Ah, hallucinations must be a side effect of the poison. Or perhaps this is because of the possible concussion. The blow to my head could have had that effect."

"Bro, what are you talking about? It's me, Spike," he pauses. "You know, the ONLY little purple dragon you know."

But he didn't have time to sort this out. That man was still somewhere nearby, and the traps and misdirections he'd left behind wouldn't fool the man in black for long.
And if they caught him? Shinichi was certain they wouldn't stop at leaving him for dead this time.
"...I'm leaving."

This is wrong. This is so wrong. Spike glances they way Conan left, unsure.
"What's going on? Is somepony after you?"
no subject
"Aaah. They already poisoned me. Most likely they plan on finishing the job."
no subject
"Who poisoned you?" he watches him, his concern growing. "We need to get you to the clinic right away..."
He pauses, looking around them. This is so not the castle and he is so very very lost.
"...Uh...wherever the clinic is."

"I don't know, it's YOUR name."

He turns and starts walking away.

"You still need to see a doctor!"

Conan blinks as his memories return. "Spike? What are you doing here?
no subject
"...Where'd that other place go?" he turns and smiles a little when Conan speaks however. "Oh hey you finally remember me!"
no subject
"How did we get here? I haven't been here since I was home."
He didn't really like to think about the last time he had been here. It had been one of the moments he still wasn't entirely sure how he had survived.

Spike has a bad feeling about this. A really, really bad feeling.
"A few minutes ago we were in some alley and you were talking about being poisoned and calling yourself by a whole other name."
no subject
"I... I clearly wasn't in my right mind." He smiles nervously. "I'm not Shinichi. Hes my distant relative."
He hastily changes the subject. "This looks exactly like Touto Tower. It was built in 1958 as a broadcasting tower. The structure is 333 meters tall and was modeled after the Eiffel Tower in Paris."
