And scared humans don't think right. They try to get rid of what scares them. And then there are those who get angry. [ He probably won't get this spell off before the gathering of power that Volt had does, but it didn't matter. It probably wouldn't work quite right anyway - he hasn't altered an altered spell into a completely different element before, but turning Holy Rain into just plain Rain seems like a good idea at the moment. ]
