[The Once-ler prefers to remain in the ruins of town, trying to find a way to get Martel out of her guided cage. One occasion, though, he has to go into the forest to get supplies from the small encampments dotted around.
Of course, he didn't particularly hate Zelos for what he did. That would have been horrifically hypocritical of him, after all. But the despondency the other man carried around with him was worrying, and so every time he returned to the forest, the Once-ler made it a point to seek out Zelos. Just to speak to him, let him know he wasn't completely forgotten and hated.
When he eventually finds him, the Once-ler moves to lean on a tree, lighting up a cigar]
