Is There Someone I Can Pay To Let Me Go
Who: Zelos Wilder & YOU
What: Take a guess, no really, take a wild guess
When: All throughout the nightmare plot
Where: Dreamland
Rating: PG-13 to R....I sure hope it doesn't get higher than that.
[Hi everyone how has your weekend of nightmares gone? Terribly? Great! Ready for more? No? Too bad.]
[If you're traveling around in the nightmares, you'll come across an area that seems like no one has turned on the lights - it's pitch black and you can't see past that]
[Overall the space gives off a cold feeling. Really cold, like it should be snowing in here. Sound is easy to pick up, in fact it's almost like someone turned up the volume way loud on the world. You can hear your own heartbeat, that small squeak of your sneakers, your own breath. If you have bad lungs? Well now you know. Cut out those cigarettes or inhaling chemicals already! You sound terrible!]
[There doesn't seem to be anyone else around. In fact you get the overwhelming sense that you are nothing short but purely alone and that's the way it always is. ]
[Though, that will probably change real soon now that there are spectators]
[OOC: Same deal as Allen's post a couple days ago. Nightmares will sorta be tailored based on people's desires level of trauma or aspect. You can find out what sort of stuff you can be in for here! Anyone's welcomed!]

[He doesn't say anything. What is there to say? Arya had tried so hard to make things better, such an earnest attempt that was rather touching. Even if it doesn't change the real history]
[Once the boy is long gone, he walks over to sit down next to her, in the spot where the boy had been. He reaches over to gently brush some of her hair back away from her face]

Are you angry with me?
no subject
No, my little wolf.
[Sure, he really isn't thrilled you saw all this. But...that wasn't your fault, and you did a good thing]

I'm sorry. [ For seeing that. For not being able to do anything. For getting involved. As if a dam broke, she charges on, a faintly hysterical thread in her voice. ] I don't know how I got here! I didn't mean to! I saw my mother and I—I just wanted him to stop looking, it's worse when you do! She is wrong. She is completely wrong! They both are! That's not what mothers do! And the servants are idiots! Who leaves a little boy there? They should have brought him in where it's safe. Why would someone want to kill you? I don't care who they are, if anyone tries to hurt you, I'll kill them myself, I swear on the honor of the House Stark, I'll do what I must…!

[His own eyes shut and he can feel water forming, a few teardrops even escape down his cheek. It almost surprises to feel such things. It's been so long since he cried....part of him had always assumed the tears had all dried up years ago and he no longer could.]
[Then again, Arya always had a way to prove him wrong.]
[In the end, Zelos still doesn't say anything. Instead he moves to wrap an arm around her, pulling her into the loving and comforting embrace he never got in the true reality of this day.]

Without pushing out of the embrace, she gets up on her knees. Arya hugs him around the head, one hand in his hair and the other flat on his cheek. Her thumb sweeps slow arcs on his skin. She rests her forehead against his temple. ]

Arya?

What?
no subject
It's nothing.

What happens now?

I dunno...I'm guessing this is a dream of some sort.

Are we meant to follow the— [ She motions down the hall the boy headed. She still cannot think him as a younger Zelos. ]

Oh. Looks like it's about that time.
