[Today, Felix has been Christmas shopping. That fact is fairly obvious by the mass of shopping bags strung over both of his arms. He seems to be having a little trouble handling all of them. Maybe you could give him a hand?

Really, they're not as cumbersome as they look. While it's true some of them are legitimately filled with presents, a number of them are hiding some of those castle nutcrackers, while the rest are filled with nothing more than tissue paper.

With these, he takes an extrememly leisurely route from town to the castle, meandering the streets, to the gardens, to the lobby, and even the hallways, regardless of whether or not any of these are actually on the way to his rooms or not, greeting nearly every passerby with a smile and shifting the bags in a way that might be a signal to the more altruisitcally minded. Either way, he's happy to stop and chat, if only to set them down for a moment.]

[With all those bags, it's hard not to spot Felix. Clow glances out from the doorway of the kitchen - at work on something chocolatey again, it seems like - and quirks an eyebrow]

Bit of holiday shopping there?

A bit. Best to get it out of the way before it snows and makes getting to town completely miserable.

[He wanders in to chat with an easy smile on his lips.]

I'll take snow to rain in terms of miserable weather - but I grew up in Britian, so it's not as though I particularly mind either.

[Felix opens his mouth to say he wouldn't know what that would have been like, then realizes he does, given the memory of their false childhood together. He shuts it abruptly and makes a slightly perplexed 'hmmph' sound]

Well, I'm not terribly accustomed to it, but neither of those is something I enjoy traveling through. In the very least because of the damage to my shoes.

[Clow chuckles a little]

Well, they do make shoes for that. But point taken - it's a lot easier to appreciate it from inside.

That's my general feeling on the matter, yes.

[He rounds the counter and sets down the bags with a sigh, careful to keep them nearby but not getting between him and the other wizard]

What are you working on?

Testing out some truffle flavors. Mostly because it seems like a good time of the year for ice-wine and chocolates.

Sounds delightful. I'd be happy to take a few samples off your hands when you're done.

The first batch should be ready in a few minutes, if you don't mind waiting around.

I don't mind at all...

[Only half of that slight raking smile is because the nutcrackers are starting to work their magic]

[Like Clow needs magic nutcrackers to find you attractive, Felix. You are, however, engaged, so any impure thoughts are being held firmly in check right now]

Well, I certainly don't mind a second opinion on flavor.

[He goes to one of the refridgerators, and pulls out a small tray of chocolates, which he brings over to the counter]

Here - the outside seems hard enough now.

They look fabulous...

[He takes one carefully between two fingers and bites into it, savoring the flavor with a bit more tongue and appreciative moaning than might have been necessary]

[And Clow's smile at that may be a little more past his usual cheerfulness]

Always nice to find an appreciative audience.

I feel much the same way.

[He smirked and popped the rest of the chocolate onto his tongue]
