It had been Fred's idea for them to have a sleepover. It had been a while since the two best friends had had time with just the two of them, after all. They decided on the tower Fred lives in over Lilah's penthouse in town due to the amenities that came with the tower. Steam rooms, more space? How was she supposed to say no to such an offer. Besides, they tried to have sleepovers at one of their places at least a few times a month. It helped cement the bonds of their friendship, of course.

Lilah had gone into town and bought a few bottle of wines for the occasion, along with some cookie dough and other snacks for them to share and was now at her friend's door, knocking on it.

It was due to be a good night. She had a feeling about it. And her feelings had a tendency to be right.
