Where: All around the castle; just put in the subject where you'd like to meet him.
Rating: Rated PG-13 for "Pretty Good at annoying those 13 and up".

(( ooc: Feel free to have Sandoval mark any of your character's (replaceable) stuff, or find him marking something in the halls. In general he's not going to mark things that people are obviously using at the moment, like their clothing, or anything in their hands. If it's a non-replaceable item, assume that the paint will easily come off with a bit of elbow grease. ))
