[Zelos awoke with a start when he realized he was no longer in his nice warm bed. He sits up, glancing around him. It almost seemed like he was in the forest, but it wasn't quite right. It was far too quiet and the snow seemed to sparkle too much...in fact it didn't seem to feel cold at all despite that he was only the white pants and sleeveless black top he had worn to bed. ]

Where...

[...Was he? Great. Had he been kidnapped or something? He remembered what happened to Yuan at the beginning of summer and quickly checks to see if he's armed- only the small dagger he had strapped to his leg under his pants]

[Wonderful. It was better than nothing, but still wasn't a whole lot. He heaves out a sigh before speaking quite loudly]

Gee, I sure hope there's no one out there to ambush and kill me, cause that'd sure suck.

[Dangerous territory here Tsuna. His smile will have more of an edge]

Too bad I'm not a puzzle to be solved, hm?

[But he too will go to scanning the area, trying to find a way out of this]

[Huh. Seems like he has quite a bit to hide if that's his reaction.

But they have other priorities at the moment.]

This place doesn't even seem real. It's too uniform to be natural, and over such a large area as well.

Anything's possible. A lot of the landscapes the Professor's written about don't seem to follow logic.

Well, I think we need to start coming up with a plan if we don't find anyone or anything new within a reasonable amount of time.

[wilder]

Outta curiosity, just how long can you go without food?

[not_mafia]

As long as any other human being could.

[And probably less, if he uses this form too much, since it expends a lot of energy.

He looks at Zelos.]

Do you believe we may be stuck here for that long?

[wilder]

And with your powers?

[He shrugs]

Who knows. Better to consider all possibilities early on.

[not_mafia]

I'm not sure, but this form can take a toll on my body.

[It was a gamble, then. To keep flying and see if they could find anything new, or to walk on land and conserve energy.]

[wilder]

[Great]

Lemme know when you start feeling tired. If we don't find anything, I'll carry you.

[He nearly asks "What about you?", but then he recalls from that Nightmare something about angels not needing food, or at least being able to go for a long time without it.]

Alright.

[wilder]

[Y e p. And he appreciates it not being brought up]

Cool.

Let's keep flying then.

[And keeps going forward!]

Yeah.

[WOO LOOK AT THEM FLYING LIKE SUPERMAN OR WHATEVER]

[wilder]

[And the flight is relatively peaceful for about ten minutes or so, until it seems that clouds are starting to form above them. ]

[And one of them? Is taking a real draconic shape and rather quickly- much mroe than clouds normally form]

[Zelos seems to notice at the corner of his eye ]

Huh?

[not_mafia]

[And yep, Tsuna's hyper intuition is definitely giving him bad vibes right now. He catches the movement out of the corner of his eye as well and looks up.]

What...?

[wilder]

[And the cloud keeps forming into a more definite shape, until it finally looks like this against the night sky, and opens it's eyes that are crackling out lightning and lets out a roar]

Shit-!

[not_mafia]

[Holy hell.]

How did...? [It just formed from clouds?]

[wilder]

No idea, but it's not good!

[In fact it seems to be stretching out it's wings and setting it's eyes dead set on those two, flying straight at them]

[not_mafia]

Let's move!

[He blasts his flames to propel himself away from the dragon, though he checks to make sure Zelos is with him.]

[wilder]

[He definitely is, he may not be the best flyer with wings but it's amazing what the threat of being eaten will do for speed in that he's only a bit behind Tsuna]

[However the dragon is coming barreling after, okay with picking up it's own speed. This is it's sky after all]

[not_mafia]

[Shit. They're not going to be able to outspeed this guy if this is the fastest Zelos can go.

Tsuna allows himself to drop back so that he's closer to the other. He won't be able to achieve his top speed, but...]

Grab onto me tight. Quickly!

[wilder]

[Well sorry dude he's a goddamn angel not a jetplane. ]

[Zelos seems to hesitate before reaching over and grabbing onto Tsuna, tightly. Well, tightly enough that he won't let go but not enough that he crushes bones or anything YAY]

[Whatever you're planning it better be fast, Tsunie, because the dragon is gaining ground and is now seems to charging it's breath of lightning that could shoot out at any second]

[not_mafia]

[You should work on that. Get some upgrades maybe.

He turns around suddenly once Zelos has got a good hold on him, arms crossed at the wrists as he points his palms at the dragon.

And then he lets out two humongous blasts of flames towards the dragon's mouth, both as an attack and to propel them backwards.

But Tsuna sorely underestimates the power of the backlash, and though they're hurtled backward at a great speed, they're also twisting and doing flips in the air and probably getting horribly disoriented.]

T..tch..!

[wilder]

[The dragon roars and reels it's head back when it gets hits in the mouth by the flames. It definitely hurt, but not enough to stun it more for a second, and now it's charging again]

[Meanwhile Zelos is getting horribly disoriented as he tries to hold onto Tsuna. His own wings keep trying desperately to get some balance, though Zelos is very much not used to this sort of situation so it's not helping much]

Tsuna-!

[And the dragon? Now pissed, let's out it's breath of lightning bolts heading straight at the duo]

[not_mafia]

[Zelos' yell seems to snap Tsuna out of it, and he quickly lets out a blast of flames, propelling them just out of harm's way.]

Shit--!

[He lets out a blast of flames behind them, trying to add to the speed that they got from the backlash in hopes that will be enough to pull away from the beast.]

[wilder]

[He cringes a little as he feels the crackle of electricity breeze past him. That was close. ]

We can't just outrun it in a straight flight! Maybe if we try going back into the woods it'll be too difficult to follow!

[Because yeah, you can guess what it's doing]
