[Zelos awoke with a start when he realized he was no longer in his nice warm bed. He sits up, glancing around him. It almost seemed like he was in the forest, but it wasn't quite right. It was far too quiet and the snow seemed to sparkle too much...in fact it didn't seem to feel cold at all despite that he was only the white pants and sleeveless black top he had worn to bed. ]

Where...

[...Was he? Great. Had he been kidnapped or something? He remembered what happened to Yuan at the beginning of summer and quickly checks to see if he's armed- only the small dagger he had strapped to his leg under his pants]

[Wonderful. It was better than nothing, but still wasn't a whole lot. He heaves out a sigh before speaking quite loudly]

Gee, I sure hope there's no one out there to ambush and kill me, cause that'd sure suck.

Sure, sometimes I think about it. Whenever I get sick of castle crap.

Buuut Lloyd would have a fit if I just ran off for a long time. Last time I did for a couple weeks, he decked me when I got back ahaha. So I just stick to smaller trips and expeditions.

Couldn't tell you why they left, the place is in perfect condition. Makes a good place to stay for awhile.

When was that? I don't remember you saying anything about leaving for two weeks.

Last summer, think it was before I met you.

Mmn, I came in at the end of summer.

[How strange... he's been in Paradisa for half a year now. Living at the castle now actually feels kind of normal.]

[wilder]

Heh, not that long ago then.

[not_mafia]

[He looks at Zelos.] Do you like being there? Paradisa?

[wilder]

[Bluntly]

No.

[not_mafia]

[He starts.] Really? Not at all?

[wilder]

[He looks thoughtful for a moment]

I like some of the people I've met. And being called by my name and not my title is pretty nice too.

But at the end of the day? It's a soul sucking castle and none of us should be here. It's a gilded cage, that's all it is.

[not_mafia]

[A cage. Akito called it that, too. Tsuna falls silent for a bit, looking at Zelos, before his eyes drop to the meat.]

Is it done?

[He tilts his head as he looks at it]

You know...I have no idea.

[not_mafia]

Eugh... I really hope it doesn't make me sick.

[wilder]

Don't worry, we'll just wait until it starts burning a little and then it'll be safe for sure.

[not_mafia]

You know, I've always been hungry after going into hyper mode, because it puts a lot of stress on my body.

But for some reason, this time I don't feel hungry at all.

[wilder]

Not at all, huh?

[He frowns, both skeptical and worried and is trying to gauge if Tsuna is lying or not]

[not_mafia]

[Zelos, you'd know if he was lying. He's terrible at it.]

Yeah. I mean, I guess I'll try to eat some. Better safe than sorry... It just seems weird that I wouldn't feel hungry now of all times.

[wilder]

Hmm...now that I think about it, I can't seem to hear your stomach doing anything either.

[a sigh]

That's either convenient or worrying.

Nothing we can do. Just eat what you can and if anything else pops up as strange, lemme know.
