Who: Katherine and YOU ( Seriously, anyone at all who happens to be awake and wants to run into the kid. )
What: Late night wandering in the castle, possibly continue on to wandering outside.
When: Forward date to Wednesday (3/20) night. As in waaaaay past her bedtime. Whoops.
Where: Anywhere she can go to in the castle and then onto the castle grounds later on.
Rating: G? PG? - Just a kid exploring so I doubt anything more than that would be expected.
[ There had been some nights where she was able to sleep well enough. No dreams to keep her up once she had managed to fall asleep in bed with a book in hand. Or if she did dream, she couldn't remember them in the morning. But there were other nights where her dreams would wake her up and keep her conscious until the very early hours of the morning. Although it might be more accurate to say they were nightmares, not dreams.
This night just so happens to be one of them.
She keeps her journal with her as she leaves her room, only after tugging on her familiar yellow coat and tying her hair back into a messy ponytail. There's a brief pause where she makes sure the door is closed right before she listens for any signs of someone else in the tower being awake. Hearing none Katherine tucks her journal away in her coat and makes her way over to the stairs to lead away from the tower. ]

Ad that's what she's doing, her legs speeding her down the hallway as she tears away from a nightmare she tangled herself with. She's scared but not terrified because even though she feels the people's fear, she's experienced worse.
This is a girl who knows what it's like to be afraid.
She spies the other girl, not slowing down as she runs but waving all the same. She dances around her, moves graceful ad fluid as she turns and spins around her.]
The dreams can't get you, it's the other things you should be scared of. The things that live outside your dreams. [She slows a few feet away, looking over her shoulder at the girl]

She's getting her little pieces of double-stick tape out of her bag- she's learned a lot from her father- and has already slipped them on over her gloves and boots when she notices movement at one of the doors, out of the corner of her eye.
She freezes, going totally silent, and slowly begins the climb, hoping the bean won't notice the noise. ]

It's basically dead out here, and he's not paying too much attention. Katherine might find the door to the tower a little reluctant-- someone's iced the frame, making it stick.]

He leaves his journal behind and sets off for the kitchen. With very few others awake, maybe he could get away with making his own tea for once.
