IT'S A BABY-BONANZA!

Good morning, residents! Did you sleep well? You're going to need all the energy you can muster because congratulations: You're parents! Again! The Paradisa Stork has paid some very lucky residents a visit last night, and even moved them to a more kid-friendly environment.

Some of you may already recognize your little bundle of joy and--my, how they've grown! Others will have to get acquainted with their little rugrats. You may not know them, but they certainly know you. By they way? They're bored. And hungry! And they want all the attention you could possibly give them.

It's going to be a long week.

[ Awkwardly, as if he's forgotten how to handle the toddler, he ruffles the boy's hair a little bit. Then just about gets knocked over in a hug, oof! To the floor they go. ]

[ Fitting punishment for forgetting his name, no? Lucrezia just laughs and crawls across the bed to see where they've both ended up, resting her chin on her arms. ]

Come now, Abel. If you hurt him too terribly, papa might not be able to play today.

[ Just as Joshua holds the struggling tyke up in the air by the back of his shirt, sighing at him. ]

I think it'll be awhile before he's that strong...

[ She rolls off the bed to sit on the floor and tickle the boy until he's squealing for mercy. ]

Strong enough to withstand this?

[ Joshua thinks he should probably set the toddler down before he gets kicked in the face in the process! Which is fine, he'll let the poor kid try and fail to escape a tickling assault while Joshua looks around the room, then out the window. ]

Is this the same room that we left him in?

[ Not even close, but like he of all people could ever remember something like interior decor. ]

[ She eases her attack to scoop him up in a big hug, even as he tries to tickle her back to no avail. She is immune to baby-finger tickles. ]

The room? [ They could find themselves in Hell and she still might not care. ] No, I think that other one was less... colorful.

The castle sure has been busy lately.

[ And after he'd been talking about it slowing down... Did he jinx it? ]
