Too bad for you, that's just what happened.

At the stroke of midnight, everyone will find themselves back in their assigned castle rooms -- except they're not exactly the same as they were left…

Yeah, I think so, too. But, these aren't the only gardens around here, you know.

[Given that it's more of a rock garden, she hasn't seen any roses here. She fidgets a little, uncomfortable. Does that mean this garden is off limits?]

Um... I'm sorry. I don't live around here, so I didn't know...

Hey, hey, there's nothing to apologize for, alright? Nobody expects you to know everything about this place. Anyway, I just mentioned them since they seemed like the kind of thing you'd like, is all.

Oh. [To be honest, Ib isn't really sure whether she likes gardens. She's been to parks and gardens occasionally, back home, but she didn't always pay much attention because she'd been littler and gotten bored more easily. But she can see where Utena might get that idea, since... roses and all.]

... Are you from the castle, too?

[Nods]

Yeah, but this place is pretty close to my home. Well, my home before Paradisa, I mean. If you'd like, maybe I can show you around a bit.

[Ib brightens a little, hopeful.] Yes! I mean, um, I'd like that very much.

[Her smile widens, but she doesn't bring any more attention to Ib's enthusiasm]

But before we head off, let's introduce ourselves. Properly, I mean. My name's Utena Tenjou, and I'll be your tour guide for today.

I'm Ib. Nice to meet you, Utena.

[She trots forward, ready to go - albeit still holding her rose protectively close.]
