After all that confusion and weirdness, it looks like it might be over. The creature is encased in a translucent polygonal box, and doesn't look to be getting free any time soon.

[Yeah, those looks like bombs. Good. If there's one thing he actually likes, it's things that explode.]

[Or try to. He's well aware that not everything is as stab-able as he'd like it to be, and sometimes the best you can go for is containment, but his Plan A is usually attempted homicide.]
