Lara returns to Paradisa's safe territory, looking pretty filthy from her outdoor adventuring. But hardly any major injuries, fortunately. When she reached a fork in the road within the woods, she stopped and tried to decide. Should she go straight back to the castle, or just go to town a bit and probably get a drink? Either way, she's gonna be seeing residents from the castle again. Oh well, her alone time was fun while it lasted.

"You're welcome." She started skinning the animals, simply to get her dinner ready.

Few minutes have passed and Lara's done cleaning, and she's looking almost good as new. Her clothes could still use some cleaning, but this would do for now until she makes it back to the castle.

"I left the... bathroom the way it was. Is that alright with you? If not I could..." Lara points with her thumb.

She was planning to head back to the castle, but it seems the weather isn't looking very good. There's that smell before it rains, and the sun is almost done setting. She's still got a lot of woodland areas to cover if she wants to make it back at the castle... She'd ask if she could stay the night, but she's not comfortable about that if the owner wouldn't allow it.

If not, she's fine by it. She's still got enough ammo on her shotgun and her pistols if there are any wolves around.

Katniss was already putting meat on the spit, when Lara exited the bathroom. She waved her hand. "I'll clean up later, no worries."

She looked to the sky, and frowned briefly, before looking back at Lara. "You shouldn't go out in the storm - not when the sun going down. You can use one of the spare rooms, if you like, and have dinner with me."

"I'd like that" Lara nods and smiled. She didn't mind staying here with Katniss. She's grown a liking towards her, there seems to be a lot of similarities between them. "How many rooms are in here?"

"Good." Katniss smiled, faintly, before nodding to one of the handmade chairs in the corner. "Go ahead and take a seat. You look tired. There's wine in the cupboard if you want it."

She looked around, thinking. "One down here - three upstairs. I did a lot of building on this spring, so others could stay with me out here if they wanted."

"Oh" Lara nods and sat on one of the chairs. "This is a very convenient spot. No wonder why you chose it. It's close enough to the castle, yet also far from it's influence"

"It's also about half way to the town - so I can run in either direction and make it there in good time." Katniss said, feeling pleased about the location. "Johanna picked perfectly."

She looked at the other girl, thoughtful, before she spoke. "...Listen, if you ever wanted to get out of the Castle? There's only one room called for, and that's Gale's and Ino's. You can move in, if you want."

Lara was met with a dilemma. Even now she's hesitant in getting close with other people, she doesn't want to lose more of her friends. But the other thing is that, she is in a strange world all be herself. There's no one here from her world but herself. Well, there's Terry, but he's talking about a different Lara...

But it seems Katniss is in the same place as her. She could just tell from the way the other girl looks... Lara nods and spoke with a smile. "That would be great"

Katniss knew what she was talking about - better than most. She didn't mean to get close, get involved with people. She missed Daryl so much that it hurt sometimes, and Peeta was the ache that never went away. She had Gale, and that was great ... but she learned. You couldn't live for just one person.

It would kill you. Or try to.

She smiled, a little, before nodding to the stairs. "Go ahead and pick a room you like then, and you don't have to, you know ... stay here all the time. It's just a ...safe place, okay?"

"Got it. Thank you"

Lara didn't have much to say after that. She really means it though, she's just a woman of few words.

"Good, dinner will be ready soon."

And then she gets to the food, because she is also a woman of very few words.
