"I have to run through a power cycling thing. If I do it every day it's only like fifteen minutes. Half hour if I put if off for a couple of days."

It almost was 'too good to be true' compared to their old bodies. No stupid switches in awkward places or worrying about someone sneaking a bomb in your gut. Plus, the ability to actually interact with people out of armor.

"I can't eat, which is kind of lame and I don't have to sleep, which isn't so bad. Just kind of boring."

Not that he minded not being able to sleep, he found while he was human that he didn't sleep well. So, it wasn't something he particularly enjoyed. Technically he could just 'shut down' to simulate sleep but he just got in the habit of staying up.
