Who: Elsa (
defyingfrigidity) and Anna (
elsaplz)
What: Two awkward sisters are tasked with taking care of a cute baby monster. Shenanigans ensue.
When: May 10th
Where: Elsa's room -> Anna's room
Rating: G
[Even after being in Paradisa for around half a year (god, has it really been that long?) Elsa's room is very sparsely decorated, and what little decorations she has spread about her room are in various shades of blues and whites. So when she wakes up on the morning of the tenth, it doesn't take long to notice the large, obsidian-colored egg sitting on her desk. With more than a small bit of caution she approaches the egg, brows furrowed in confusion when she notices the note next to it. She picks it up, reads it...
... And is still a bit confused. The castle wanted her and Anna to take care of some animal? They'd never even had pets growing up! This would probably end in utter disaster.]
But... I've a feeling it will be even more of a disaster if I tried to ignore you, little beastie.
[Again she warily eyes the egg before deciding that no, she'd rather not deal with the consequences of ignoring whatever it is that might hatch out of the egg. So she scoops it up in her arm, heads out of her room, and makes her way to Anna's.
... After which she has to awkwardly pause because damn, with only one arm, she can't exactly knock. Guess she'll have to resort to a bit of a rude method here: just yelling.]
Anna? Are you in there?

Anna? Are you in there?

Anna barely registered her sister's voice on the other side of the door. Not bothering to sit up she waved her arm as if she could see her. ] Five more minutes. I promise.
[ The words barely left her mouth before she was back to sleep, snoring lightly into her pillow.]

Anna, I need to talk to you, and I can't open the door.

The urgency of Elsa's voice reached her ears this time and she sat up, far more alert now. ] Huh? What time is it-- Oh! Oh!
I'm so sorry, hold on! [ She practically flew out of the bed and scrambled to the door, fumbling with the lock to open it up without even pausing to think to throw on something other than her night clothes. ] I'm sorry, I must have... I didn't... Um, come on in?
[ Though she had been in the castle a little over a month, it still came as a pleasant surprise to have her sister on the other side of her door. ]

It's okay Anna! There's nothing serious going on. I... I think. [A pause, then she tries to shift her arm a bit; the egg is heavy, and holding it with only one arm is getting a bit tiring.]
Er... this is what I need to talk to you about.
