Being human, for however long it lasted, was something Tex intended to take advantage of. At least for more than just finding new ways to wear out Church. This humanity thing was supposed to be full of experiences like..well some cliche about stopping to smell the roses, so she was. Tex was wandering through the gardens celebrating her flesh and blood status.

Meg was in about as celebratory a mood as usual - as in not at all - when someone made her way into the garden where she had posted up to sit and brood in peace, away from the stupid Christmas crap going on the castle.

"Grounds not big enough for you?" she snapped, before looking up. Her eyes narrowed for a moment and then recognition flickered across her face.

"You."

"They're fine." She had no delay in recognizing the other woman, and almost thought things were going to be ok, until that narrowing of eyes. Oh crap.

"Yeah, me."
