[There was some scrambling around to be certain. Caterina was not even sure the church would be in any shape for anyone to be in much less celebrate. Somehow things worked out. A service and prayer was held. Fellowship and food went directly after.

All's well that ends well, hm?]

He glances back at Caterina, his glass eyes reflecting what could be called the closest to happiness a killing doll could produce. Tres nods at her first words, not really too concerned with the service and how it was perceived by others - it wasn't his main function, but he had all the information needed to keep his cover-title as 'priest'.

"Positive, Duchess Milan. I am 94% operational after reassembly from my previous form."

"That is a relief." She could never be sure given how extreme the world changes in the distant past had been. It does call something to mind that should be discussed. "Father Tres," She says carefully as she scans to be sure no one was casually listening. Once Caterina is satisfied that is not the case she continues, "It is likely you will change in some way during almost every trip outside the castle. Are you prepared for the possibility of gaining a completely organic body?"

Completely organic body? That is rather jarring to his systems, and he studies her. Had she forgotten his choice? "I am a machine, Duchess Milan."

He couldn't quite handle the possibility - and the implications - of becoming human. Even if it made logical sense that he could be changed into such a form... it would still be impossible. He would always be a machine, no matter his exterior.

"I am aware." Caterina knows to tread carefully here; more carefully than she did the first time the situation presented itself. "You would still be my machine regardless of what physical form the castle forces upon you. Never fear that. Your choice will always stand and be respected by me," Caterina emphasizes. The last thing she needed was a misunderstanding here. "I only ask if you are prepared for it. I thought we would have more time before this subject presented itself, but the castle seems bent on sending us away more often than I remember. That is the reality of these trips. You will change in some way."

Her words did placate his concerns a bit, and he seems a bit more at ease. "Positive. I will calibrate the proper line of action in case of such an event."

He would be pretty much useless, though, which was not a good thing when his only reason for existing was protecting Caterina. In order to prevent that, he should probably seek out some new ways to fight.

Caterina smiles. She is satisfied they were able to avert a terrible misunderstanding this time around. "Thank you, Father Tres. Should it happen it is worth mentioning York would be the most helpful to you." Because he was already in the past.

"Affirmative. I will contact York and Delta and discuss the possible threat." He bows his head to her, still processing the implications of possessing an organic body. Not only would he be a lot less durable, but he would not be able to wield his guns.

He might even become a danger to her... human emotions were not logical.

"Then my mind is at ease." She will begin walking over to join the others. Caterina does have an impression to make the same as always. It does help she is rather fond of these people. "I will pray that it will not come to that. If we could remain here as ourselves that would be for the best save a return home to complete our duties." And a return to illness. Caterina tries not to think of that.
