[There was some scrambling around to be certain. Caterina was not even sure the church would be in any shape for anyone to be in much less celebrate. Somehow things worked out. A service and prayer was held. Fellowship and food went directly after.

All's well that ends well, hm?]

Caterina smiles sympathetically. "I am happy it did not discourage you from coming." She switches gears. "I don't believe we've met before. I am Cardinal Caterina Sforza. It's a pleasure to have you here with us."

"Chief Warrant Officer Noble Five. Jorge, if it's easier." He pauses. "I must admit, cardinal, I didn't come here for any religious reason. I wanted to check up on the two men repairing this place."

It had been a while since Jorge had any contact with the MacManuses, after all. Plus, when you're losing against an alien hoarde, religion kinda goes out the window. Especially when you're a genetically modified super-soldier.

"Make sure they're alright. Exploding marshmallow aside."

That gets some attention. Father Tres had insisted that this person be allowed on his ally filter. Caterina will keep that bit of information to herself. She opts instead to focus on the rest.

"That's alright. I am well aware we are in the minority in the castle. It does make me happy to see they have others on their side. It's been my pleasure to know them for these past couple of months."
