[The game room has been taken over by a massive worm in a blanket - or, maybe, just a teenage girl in a lot of blankets. At the onset of a bad cold, Alex figured the best thing to do would be to crash in the game room. Twenty-four hours ago.

Her eyes half-lidded with laziness, she's sipping Coke out of a straw - too lazy to lift the bottle - and staring at some documentary on kangaroos. Ordinarily something she would never look twice at, but the remote fell behind the couch about... eight hours ago? Nine? No reason to bother picking it up. She's just fine lying here and watching kangaroos, and basically hogging the entire game room.
