Who: Wash and Wyoming
What: Talk
When: June 12
Where: TBD
Rating: G so far

It first started in a filtered entry in the journal...

"Wyoming, we need to talk. In person. Meet me at room 322. Come armed if you want, but I'm not looking for a fight."

Now, Wash was waiting patiently in his room, hoping Wyoming actually showed. It's a neat bedroom, no obvious weaponry. Though there is at least one hidden camera present.

"Come armed" sounds about right, no matter what Wash says. Carrying a rifle seems a bit overkill rude for what's apparently not going to be a fight though, so all that Wash will be able to see is a pistol out in the open. Reggie's also hidden a couple of flash grenades as well as a small combat knife in the hidden compartments in his leg armor.

Wyoming isn't going to give Wash the upper hand and acknowledge that he's on his way over the journal, instead waiting about ten minutes before heading to Wash's room to knock on the door. And of course you couldn't possibly have someone knocking on the door without a certain AI commenting on that...

KNOCK KNOCK.
knock_knock: tomorrow's payday. (Perish the thought~)

"It would've been rude to decline such an invitation, no?"

He enters, scanning the room quickly, but on not seeing anything worth worrying about his attention comes back to Wash.

"You're looking good, mate."
It's interesting to see that both Washington and Carolina are both not insane, but he's not about to comment on it. Better to find out first.

Well this is annoying.
"I don't exactly go around killing people willy nilly, mate. We were on opposite sides of a hire- I'm sure you know how it works."
Actually he's not sure. Wash is one of those Freelancers that probably never had the chance to go truly freelance considering the whole craziness issue, plus the fact that he'd apparently been working for Command when he'd come to collect Delta.

Wyoming's not even commenting on that first part without knowing a bit more. If it's worth it he just might end up being helpful on occasion. Still, he's not much the sort for teamwork so it definitely depends on this "bargain" Wash has for them. You'd better be offering something good, Wash.

"And how would you do that, old chap?"

Go ahead. Impress them.

Well here are two bits of information that probably deserve a minute of consideration before a response is given. For one thing no one's told Wyoming that death isn't permanent around here yet. considering all the things he's seen so far, it doesn't seem outside the realm of possibility, though and Wyoming is trying to not show off what he does and doesn't know so he's not even going to question that right now. He can ask people who don't know his reputation so well.

Which leaves the actual offer itself to think about.
"How do we know you won't keep or, for that matter, delete him during my absence? I'm afraid it could be a bit hard to check up on you two should such circumstances arise."

Well so much for hiding how much he knows, though it is good to know Gary would also be fine if that happened. On the other hand he'll definitely be fact-checking later.

"I take it Epsilon left a good impression."
Because who didnt hear about that.

"Of course not." Because that one time Gary ejected from his head was all sunshine and rainbows.

"I do hope you hadn't been wanting an immediate answer. I wouldn't want to find out later that there's a catch we hadn't caught on to, so to speak."
