Open! IF YOU DARE
Who: Mufasa and you!
What: A big ol' lion arrives at Paradisa.
When: how about now
Where: Castle lobby
Rating: PG? depends on who comes in
A clicking sound can be heard from the entrance as Mufasa's pawpads come in contact with the cool, solid ground, the relative loudness of the clicking being evidence to his great size. For a wild animal, his coat and mane are well-kept, and even though he's in a completely foreign area-- maybe even especially so-- he keeps his head held high. Though he has a guarded look to him, nothing in his body language indicates hostility. He stops once he's a few strides inside, looking around for any sign of life.

"So you're saying that this mountain-- ahem, building-- is keeping all the people it pulls, trapped here?"
Surprisingly, there's... no incredulity in his voice. Perhaps a hint of suspicion, but otherwise, he seems to be genuinely considering the idea. A king is nothing if not open-minded, after all.

He shrugs, and glances around nervously at the lobby once more, pulling in a deep breath and exhaling it in a puff.
"I've been here for ten months, now. Some people I know have been here for much longer than that."

Idly looking at a potted plant and the table it was placed on, he says, "If nothing else, I'm hoping that this castle is hospitable."

He eyes the lion examining the room and distantly wonders if this is, perhaps, the strangest thing he's witnessed since coming here. Including the dead body that one time.
"Which... lots of people are," he adds, although he's lucky enough to not be one of them.
