The room is familiar to you, as well it should be -- it's your school's library. There are stacks of books all around, and an upper floor you can reach by means of a spiral staircase. There are tables in a row, with two seats each, uncomfortable chairs made of plastic that was probably bright once, but is now worn, dirt finding its way between bumps in the rough surface.

You're here for the remainder of the day, stuck in this room, a punishment for whatever rule you broke.

How will you pass the time?

[Enter John Doe, Junior! he slumps into the classroom, shoulders hunched, posture horrible - it's mostly to try and detract from the height his giant blue head adds. but really, it just kind of makes him look ridiculous. he's one of those types who sticks his backpack over BOTH shoulders, to boot, and he glances up, hoping to at least find a face he recognizes in the group.

Well, this is going to be a fantastic day, I can just tell.

[Finally, some stragglers come strolling in and OH IT'S THAT KID, he kind of ... glowers ... as he passes. All these kids have no respect for the school, for realsies.]

Mr. Doe. Have a seat.

[mispronunciates]

[he'll just pat his rear and smile] Already got one, sir.

[FLAT LOOK. JOKES: UNEFFECTIVE.]

Sit down.

[mispronunciates]

[does. on the floor. ARE WE HAVING FUN YET?]

[mispronunciates]

[gets up - with some effort, dat's one heavy backpack (he must be planning on doing ALL THE HOMEWORK!) - and shrugs his teeny thin shoulders]

You could've just said so, y'know.

[and with that, he's making a beeline for the tables at the back]

[KIDS.... HE HATES KIDS!!!

Mr. Boy rubs at his face and can't wait until this day is over.]
